Foreshore Treasures at low tide

For this walk at low tide, our guide takes all those curious to discover a space between land and sea known as the foreshore. In this space, where you can sink into the mud, you’ll dig into the sand in search of those famous mud worms that make wiggles on the surface of the ground. Along the way, you’ll come across edible plants called salicornia. Our guide will be sure to tell you what you need to do to preserve this sensitive environment.

This enriching walk for the whole family invites you to show the utmost respect for nature.

Discovering wild plants and their uses

Embark on an enriching and educational stroll through the Chêneraie park, where you’ll discover the secrets of edible wild plants and their beneficial properties.

As well as identifying these plants, you’ll be given simple recipes and advice on how to incorporate them into your dishes or use their medicinal properties.

During the walk, you’ll make an herbal tea or an original recipe, and finish off with a tasting of a “homemade” forest jelly with unexpected flavors.

This activity is ideal for nature lovers and the curious.
