Every year in July, the Lac de la Magdeleine is decked out in lights and transformed into a musical stage for theopen-air opera. This free event offers locals and tourists alike the chance to discover the world of opera for an evening. It’s an experience not to be missed!

Gujan-Mestras en fêtes is also THE event not to be missed in August. Four days of festivities, with family or friends, to the rhythm of bandas, concerts, bodegas, restaurants and funfairs, culminating in a magnificent fireworks display!
